Day 5

Another day brings more new experiences and new friends. In class, today I saw my pendulum and escapement wheel cut out by the LaserCamm and I made a Working Model of the pendulum. I had problems importing the original design, but with the aid of Professor Nelson, I got the model working by tracing the design with polylines. I realized how necessary it was to approximate in order to compensate for unseen errors. The extra free time was great, and I got to play some football and have time to go to the pool afterwards. I think this weekend will be fun and very busy.
